1. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.
• Final payment must be completed by the agreed deadline prior to delivery or pickup.
• Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

2. Rental Period

• Rental periods are typically two (2) days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Items must be returned by the agreed time to avoid late fees.
• Extended rental periods must be approved in advance.

3. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery and pickup fees are based on location, order size, and timing.
• Clients must ensure someone is available at the agreed time for delivery and pickup.
• Missed delivery or pickup windows may result in additional charges.

4. Use of Rental Items

• Rental items must be used for their intended purpose only.
• Items must not be sub-rented, modified, or transferred to another party.
• The client assumes responsibility for the items from delivery or pickup until return.

5. Cleaning & Care

• All items are provided clean and sanitized.
• Items should be returned in a reasonable condition.
• Excessive cleaning, food residue, or damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.

6. Damage, Loss & Liability

• Normal wear and tear is expected.
• The client is responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal use.
• Repair or replacement costs will be charged at fair market value.
• Kikini Collections is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of rented items.

7. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the timing of the cancellation.
• Changes to orders are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.

8. Weather & Outdoor Events

• Clients are responsible for protecting rental items from weather damage.
• No refunds are issued due to weather-related changes unless agreed in advance.

9. Affiliate Product Purchases

• Some product links on our website direct customers to third-party sellers through affiliate partnerships.
• Kikini Collections is not responsible for shipping, warranties, or returns related to third-party purchases.

10. Privacy

• Personal information collected is used solely for booking, communication, and service delivery.
• We do not sell or share personal information with third parties outside what is necessary to fulfill services.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian laws.
